New control panel: Maximum operating efficiency with AI support

Ergonomically designed

The new control panel is 20 % lighter than the previous model. Thanks to the reduced weight, it can be used longer periods and more comfortably without compromising on stability. The ergonomically designed, adjustable handles can be individually customized, providing maximum comfort for both right- and left-handed users. Practical USB ports on the side make it easy to connect a mouse and keyboard, which is particularly beneficial for extended programming tasks on the robot.

High-resolution display (2.5K)

The 13.3-inch touch display with 2.5K resolution impresses with increased brightness, improved contrast and more vibrant colors. These features make operation easier and are easy and simultaneously reduce eye strain for the user.

Robust Design

The control panel is IP54 rated, protecting it against dust and water splashes, making it ideal for use in demanding environments. Optimized cable routing provides greater freedom of movement and reduces the risk of cable damage, thereby increasing the panel’s longevity.

Integrated AI support with horstOS

The new control panel has been specially developed for companies that place the highest value on convenience, ergonomics and robustness. Equipped with the advanced horstOS operating software and an integrated AI copilot, it supports users effectively and intuitively in setting up, programming and controlling automation processes with HORST. This AI support enables even easier and more efficient operation by simplifying complex processes and intelligently assisting the user.

Availability

The new control panel is compatible with all HORST industrial robots currently in use and will be available as an upgrade from mid-September. It will be supplied as standard with all newly ordered robots from this date.
