- Switch off the robot and de-energize the system. Disconnect the Harting plug.
- Use a 2 mm hexagon socket to loosen the screws on the plinth cladding.
- Remove the front cover and loosen two more screws with a 2.5 mm hexagon socket.
- Remove the plinth panel to the rear.
- Disconnect all plug connections of the motor driver.
- Loosen the screws of the motor driver (TX10) using a suitable tool. Ensure that the screws are secured with spacers and cannot be separated from the motor driver.
- When installing the new motor driver, make sure that the heat conducting pads are correctly seated.
- When assembling, please note that you must carry out the steps in reverse order.
