Please note that replacing the motor driver is a complex process and it is advisable to have it carried out by a professional technician.
- Turn off the power to the system.
- Loosen the screws securing the outer casing.
- Disconnect all electrical connections of the motor driver. Be cautious and gentle when removing the connections to prevent any damage.
- Use a TX10 screwdriver to loosen the screws of the motor driver. The screws are secured by spacers and cannot be separated from the motor driver.
- During the installation of the new motor driver, make sure that the thermal pads are properly placed. Position the new motor driver in the same way as the old one and secure it with the screws. Only tighten the screws by hand.
- Reconnect all electrical connections of the motor driver carefully, ensuring they are properly aligned to guarantee the robot's correct operation.
- Reattach the outer casing. Start up the system and check the software status.
